We work with many manufacturers, to ensure the parts are on our shelves, ready to get you going. Amongst others, we work with: RDS, Land Rover, Ford, Arag, Bosch, Mintex, Mann, Delphi.
Because the same workshop holds our new and used parts stock, most repairs do not wait on a delivery. If the part is genuinely obsolete, we make it.

What we take on
Whole machine work, not just the spray pack. A buggy that has been off the road for years is a normal job here.
Transmission & axles
ZF automatic gearboxes, two speed transfer boxes, diff locks and hub reduction Melo axles, rebuilt or replaced with tested used units.
Booms & hydraulics
Aluminium and steel boom repairs, break-backs, lift rams, spool valves and hose assemblies made up on site to the right lengths.
Spray systems
Pumps, section valves, air shut-off nozzle bodies, recirculation and purge systems, filters and induction hoppers.
Electrics & rate control
RDS Delta controllers, looms, sensors and solenoids, plus fault finding on machines that other workshops have given up on.
Bodywork & chassis
Welded chassis and tank cradle repairs, and fabricated replacements for parts that are simply no longer made.
On-farm callouts
We come to you when the machine cannot come to us
Spray windows do not wait. When a machine goes down mid-season we will come out to the farm with the van and get it running, or get it to a point where it can be moved safely.
Our service van carries the parts that most commonly stop an Agribuggy, so a lot of jobs are finished the same visit. For anything bigger we will recover the machine to the workshop rather than leave it stood in a gateway.

NSTS testing
Nationwide NSTS Testing for Liquid Sprayer and Slug Pellet Spreader
At Agrifit Machinery, we are all qualified NSTS examiners. This allows us to test, either in house, or on site.
We don't have a set fee for NSTS testing, we simply charge for the time it takes. If your machine is in tip top condition, its a simple process, that shouldn't take too long. To make life easy, the operator check sheet covers most areas involved in the test.
As of November 2016, any and all application equipment must have an NSTS certificate.
This includes, Sprayers, Slug pellet applicators, Fertilizer spreaders and Avadex machines.

Which machines need an NSTS certificate?

Can you test my sprayer on farm?
Yes. All of our engineers are qualified NSTS examiners, so we can test either in house at Holme-on-Spalding-Moor or on site at your own yard.

Yes. Agribuggies are our specialism, but we have many years of experience selling and repairing a wide range of crop sprayers, and we work with RDS, Land Rover, Ford, Arag, Bosch, Mintex, Mann and Delphi parts.
